Smile sheet metal

I'm in need of a rear quarter skin and the rocker panel for the passenger side. I would like to find a donor car for these pieces if possible. If this is not possible, I will need to buy new. I don't know what parts dealer I should get these pieces from. Any ideas?
Thanks

where are you? i think i have a new passenger quarter skin for a '67 ('68 if you don't need the vents). i punched a couple of holes in it playing with the punch so i can't return it. the holes are in the metal you'll cut off anyways. i bought it from npd. i'm in nc.

Pretty much any of the Mustang parts vendors carry the repop panels. But the shipping can really kick you in the a** when they start calling it "over sized".

I recently replaced my fender apron and core support. To avoid the shipping charges I drove down to John's Mustang here in Houston because it is about 40 minutes away.

I've never used them but someone pointed out to me a while back a site called Muscle car metal. Apparently, if you order from them you can get over sized items for a flat shipping charge. Doesn't help if you are ordering one piece but if you were ordering a lot of pieces then it might be a good deal. For example if you were doing a car that needed lots of metal replaced then ordering all the parts at once for a flat shipping charge would be a good deal when buying in bulk. If you instead ordering just a single quarter panel then it is probably not a good deal.

Keep an eye out on E-bay and craigslist. I got both rear quarters for my 65 off ebay a lot cheaper than I would have off a dealer.

I bought both my rear quarter skins off ebay as well. They were actually from mustangs unlimited. $99 for both quarters $100 for shipping lol.
