Default Oil Dipstick Relocation

I am in the process of putting a TCI MII front clip into my '64 Falcon. This will require the use of a rear sump oil pan. The 5.0 rear sump pan has the dipstick on the left side, below the freeze plugs while the 289 has the dipstick on the front right. Does anyone know of a "kit" to relocate the dipstick, or a procedure that will accomplish this feat?

Thanks,

Chuck

You're wanting to relocate the dipstick from the front pass side to the rear driver's side? Never heard of that done, but I bet you could buy an aftermarket dipstick with tube from an autoparts store and have it cut/welded into the side of the dual sump pan.

On the rear sump type pans the block has a hole in it to mount the tube and the dipstick. You might have to get a newer block to have that hole or figure out how to modify one into the block.
