Actually.. when I pulled the old one apart for pics last night one of the springs bounced on me. GONE! Its a carpeted floor so I'll bring the magnet home tonight and find it.

if you can't find it leave the tumbler and spring out. so it's only using 4 humps of the key instead of five. less secure but will work
