Default Material Purchasing

I am in need of the steel transmission cooler line HOWEVER I only need a small section, not the whole line. I tried searching for it but I am not sure if i am calling it the right thing. Does anyone know where I could purchase it UNBENT?
Also it seems I am missing the bracket for the speedometer cable that holds it onto the transmission very similar to the bracket that holds the Vacuum Modulator on the transmission. Would it be possible to somehow make on of these from supplies from a hardware store or do I have to order it? :/ Was at my local Ace Hardware store and could not find anything I thought would work.
Any advice/experience with this would be appreciated!
*I am moving in a few days so I can not ship anything at the moment this is why I was looking at a hardware store jerry rig for the moment

On my 4th Mustang, I went to PepBoys and asked for steel tubing. They didn't know what I wanted so the manager let me look in back. They carry 8"-5' long lengths in 5/16 and 3/8". Most of the guys don't know about it but they do carry it. I got a few lengths and did my fuel lines and tranny lines.

do what randy said

i beleive at advance auto, autozone, and napa its called brake line LOL

it works real well for custon trans lines, it helps if you have a small tubing bender though, making a bunch of small bends is a huge pain! trust me, i know
