Anyone know how to actually get information from the internet?
Hey, I'm looking for specs on available features and models on 1967 mustangs. According to the internet, I can buy one or read about what the mustang is. The reason I'm mad at this is because I'm not ignorant about computers, I mean I build them and the only thing I don't know how to do is design software. How does the internet get used by billions of people but somehow not 1 person on earth has ever built a website that gives you specs of a popular car?!?!?! If anyone knows a good site please tell me.
What kind of specs are you looking for??

Trust me... you can find anything on the internet! I promise. *gets on his the internet is good soap box*
The key is not to get your panties in a wad. Take your time, use different search engines, always always look for forums if you need info. If what your looking for is a hobby or passion as I like to call it. You can find a forum for it. My forums in my favorites are this one, bansheehq.com, xterraownersclub.com, trustmymechanic.com/forum, dodgeforum.com, www.rcuniverse.com/forum. Thats just a few. Prolly another 10 more...Why because I can get answers to questions I have, because the people that frequent these forums have a passion for the subject and prolly have had the same problems or questions I have. Ex. I was having trouble with my girlfriends xterra. I know nothing about Nissans, went to xterraownersclub forum searched their forums found a post with the exact same problem her suv was having, read the post and replys and fixed it that night. In conclusion forums are a great source for information.
*gets off the soap box, well actually I would prolly fall off it today* man am I hungover...[sm=partyparty.gif][sm=morning.gif]

Here is some of the links I found in my research:
http://hammar.dyndns.org/~djhamma/wiring/wiring1967.htm
http://www.1967mustang.com/
http://www.472ci-67mustang.com/Color...nd%20codes.htm
http://autossquare.com/Ford_Mustang.html
http://www.mustangandfords.com/tipstricks/6354/
http://www.themustangshop.com/
These sites all have good useful info, such as paint codes and correct colors, timelines, vin decoders, wiring and vacuum diagrams. All kinds of stuff.

It is all in how you pose the question in your search engine. Start general and get more specific, and use “quotes†around you search.
