what are the odds of getting the top piece off and being able to reuse it? or should i just get a new top piece.

i have bought the lower 1-piece cowl and soon will be attempting to tackle the cowl. Is there anything else that i will need to replace in repairing the cowl. I am making a trip to Mustangs Unlimited in a few weeks and want to get what i need when i go.

If you drill out all of the spot welds and be careful with it you should be able to reuse it.
