What kind of cleaners do you guys have that'd fit and look good with this chevy junk?

K&N Extreme air filter assembly, side filter, base plate and a top "plate" filter element.

And yeah, that's a big pic dude. How many terapixels that thing take up on your hard drive anyway?

on topic tho....i have one of those k&n extreme filters but cant use it right now due to clearance issues with the new manifold and carb. i just got a stock filter from my local shop

if im looking at it right....so your having problems cuz the tip is hitting the bottom of the air cleaner base plate? worse case scenario you bend the air cleaner base plate up and cut the filter. temp....but it works

 

I'm running the K&N Extreme with the short filter assembly, and even with the 1/2" drop from the engine mounts it's still tight, but the hole above the cleaner for the hood scoop helps Defiantly check clearance before you get something.

 

Currently i'm running a K&N air filter with a cleaner assembly I bought off ebay. It has the words 289 competition proven laser etched into it and it looks great.
