I had trouble tightening mine up. A small socket or even a box end wrench would not clear the tubing on most of the bolts. I had to use a small open ended wrench on half or more of the bolts. One bolt I think it was the 3rd from the back on the driver side, I actually had to cut a small open wrench in half to be able to tighten that one.
I had the same problem except I just took the torch and bent the wrench enough til I could get it in there. Thats when the cheap wrenches come in handy

Thats a good idea. The wrench I modified was a cheap one. LOL... They are good to have for stuff like that.

Do you have any pictures of you car on here or photobucket? It looks alot like mine.

I took a box end wrench and ground down the circle until it fit between the bolt and the header tube. Again, a cheap wrench is good for this.

Yes thats where I got mine from. I had called JBA who quoted me a price them another considerably cheaper if purchased through a vendor. Got a call from Massive the next day who said they also had a holiday sale for another 10% off the price. The evening before I received a 15% off eBay/Paypal coupon so I asked if he'd post a quick private auction for me. He did so I was very happy.

There is also a polishing paste called Cerma-Glow for ceramic headers. I've done 1/2 of 1 header and it really works nicely if you spend the time. I light rubbing works but if you spend the extra time there is a very noticable difference.

Thats a great idea. I'm going to do that so I have a better tool for periodically checking them.
