Default Replace Fuel Filter 1969 Coupe

Can anyone instruct me on how to replace a fuel filter on a 1969 Mustang Coupe? I don't even know how to find it, except it may be back by the fuel tank. Thanks.

Well it could be anywhere on the fuel line but its most likely in the engine compartment right by the fuel pump or up closer to the carb. It should just be an inline filter so just follow the fuel line to the tank starting at the carburetor. You shouldnt miss it

If it's inline and near the carburetor the first thing you need to make sure of is that your engine is not HOT, because when you remove the filter some gas will spill. Usually not a lot of gas, but better safe than scortched!
