T5 Tranny and bell, new crossmember, mechanical cable, and new clutch and pressure plate, slave cylinder. What else do I need for install?

can't tell as I kept the original bellhousing and went with adapter plate. I just wanted to comment that you seem to have a very similar setup as I do :-]

I don't know the numbers that I'm going to be putting down and don't know how well I'm going to feel the difference from my old engine. My engine is still waiting for me to finish my IFS install but what kind of numbers do you think you are putting down? My heads have bigger valves and some port work.

under 350HP/TQ is no problem if you don't drive the crap out of the box

You don't use a slave cylinder with a cable actuated clutch, slave cylinders are for hydraulic actuation.
