Then all the supporting crap. Should put you in the 450-500hp range at the crank in a nice little street package.
Thank you that is exactly the kinda list I was looking for. Do you happen to k ow websites where I can get these parts?

I think due to emissions you're going to have a nightmare getting your car on the road legally. In CT anyway, you cant register a car that has a motor older than the car itself unless its a classic. Meaning, I couldnt take a 302, put it in my 03 GT with the 4.6 modular engine, and register it.

You'll probably need some sort of stand-alone computer system for anything electronic on your car. Probably need to convert all your gauges to mechanical vs electric...unless you do some sorta EFI swap instead of a carb. speaking of, which do you intend to do? EFI or carb?
I want to do carb. I figure that's what the engine was intended to use so that's what it gets. And emissions are no problem due to my car being a 95. In new York anyways. And yes I'll be pulling all gauges and wireing and redoing it for the engine. I don't plan for this to be a month project I plan to put about 6 months to a year into it and donut all right the first time

Flatlanderracing.com has all sorts of parts. Woody is at Fordstrokers.com, he comes on these forums from time to time and has an excellent reputation with many on here. FTI is Flowtech Induction, and Jay Allen is at Camshaft Innovations, Google them and their sites come up.

Yeah I've always liked them since my neghbor bought one new like 12 years ago and once I had the chance to get mine I jumped on it. But they are stricken with numerous problems but this swap will really eliminate 95% of them
