does it look like the frame part is out some?

it looks like it is shifted some. how does the gas tank line up on the other side? are you in the process of replacing that pannel? If so you have some cancer to remove/replace.

once i get the car back i will be replacing that cancer, i dont remember how it lined up on the other side
