Default Engine Height in 67

I have a 67 390 convertible. I've read that the convertible engines are mounted 1/2 in lower than coupes. Does anyone know this to be true? If so, what's different? And, does this apply to the 390?

Thanks.

Much B.S. has been spread on this topic. The truth is the engine was always at the same height. The 67 bracket and mount were at a different angle than the 66. The 68-72 convertible retained the 67 bracket and mount, but the others reverted to the 66 design. The 69-70 BOSS 302 flip-flopped. The reason was the rubber cushion needed to be at a different angle to deal with vibration issues. The height confusion comes from people using the wrong mounts on the bracket. The current problem is the idiots at Anchor dropped the 67 mount and substituted the 66, which is a disaster, and all the other companies follow Anchor. The only source I know for the proper height and angle 67 mount is Glazier Nolan.

Oddly, the 67 289 and 390 use the same frame (lower) bracket. Frame brackets can be identified with this:

Thanks,

It seemed like a bit of a stretch, my reprinted shop manual shows does not show separate parts for the convertible vs coupe.
