been working on my motor trying to get it running better. At WOT it seems like its not getting enough fuel. Makes a popping noise at WOT. I have an edelbrock carb. How can I increase the fuel delivery? It has a 3/8 fuel line to a holley 110gph mech pump. 3/8 to the carb.

What do you mean it makes a popping noise at WOT? Typically if it doesn't get enough fuel it either leans out and detonates or falls on it's face.

When my six was lean after the rebuild, I got surging at high RPMs. You could really feel the surging, but not so much hear it. Also, it would be good to check your plugs. Look at the very base of the ceramic.. it should be brown/tan/orange. White would indicate quite a lean condition.
