hi.. im asking if its true that you can get a T5 trans from a 5.0 mustang and put it in a 67 mustang with a 289? if so what would i have to do and from wat specific year of mustang do i have to get it off from.. thanx.

Very common conversion, requiring a few conversion parts. 86-92 "World Class" trans from a V8 is your best choice. If you have a manual trans now, this conversion takes about 2 hours.
