Our Mustang has a Fram fuel filter with an outlet to recycle fuel back to the tank. We don't really understand how the recycling works. Our problem is that we need to find a fuel filter that has the recycle outlet in a 3/8 outlet size. The Fram filters are 5/16. Do you have any suggestions?
