Question Adjustable Strut Rods for a 65?

I have been searching for a set of adjustable strut rods to finish my front suspension rebuild. I got the spherical bearing lower control arms from Opentracker so I eliminated the rubber bushing binding issue.

I have thought about building a set myself, but I just don't have the time to do it. So I am looking at the following options:

Street or Track
http://www.streetortrack.com/Street-...-pr-16135.html

Global West
http://www.globalwest.net/1964-70_Mu..._bushings..htm

TCP
http://www.totalcontrolproducts.com/strut.html

Out of all of them, the Global West are the cheapest, then Street or Track, and the most expensive are the TCP.

Does anyone have any experience with any of these? This is the last part that I need to purchase and I would like to place the order soon. Thanks for any info everyone!

I saw these also, but I had never heard of the company. Are they pretty good? How long have you had them on the car? They would save me about $70 because I can get the Global West for $320.

They have been on my 66 for about a year now. Really made the front end alignment easy.
Rosehill is a machine shop in Texas that makes their own stuff.
Glen is a frequent contributor over at Mustang Steve's website and has some products he has developed with Daze and MustangSteve. Nice stuff, well engineered for a great price.

i don't understand why ford only offered them on the '67s. was it really that much more expensive or hard to thread the end and add another nut? i guess when you're building 250k of something, every penny counts.

Do the Global West require any type of modification to install? I haven't found a clear answer on this yet.

Okay so I am looking at this stuff as well. Is the Texas brand as good as Streetortrack just going to order in the next couple of days, and the tecan brand is a little chepaer, but is the quality as good?

Um, all 67-73 struts were adjustable. You're right about Ford being cheap, though. Imagine if it cost only $1 per car for the threading and extra nut. That's $250,000 additional for the design change.

The Rosehill adjustable strut rods are made and welded well and are quality units. My decision was based on getting the most "bang of the buck". All of the rods will do the same job. The more expensive ones have CNC billet machining but you will only see them if you are under the car.
The most important thing is they all eliminate the rubber bushings for better control of the suspension and steering.
I think they look nice
