How much is a 71 boss worth w/eng out, but has the 351 and parts cars??

 

First off, is it the original BOSS engine? What's missing, i.e., the carburetor is worth $1000.

 

Pictures mean a lot and is it a true boss 351 or not.Get the vin and check it on here http://www.mustangdecoder.com/ there should be a r in the vin if its not then its a fake.Price depends a lot on what shape its in and what options it has.Can be a 2 grand car or a 20 grand up.And yes the car is worthless with out the factory engine in it.

 

just on a note, the R code verifies what engine should be in there, but not what engine you are looking at. if everything checks out, then yes, it's worth money
