Default Windshield Washer pump leaks

Hi

I tried to connect my windshield washer pump on my 66 mustang yesterday.
All the connections were made but when i put water in the water bag it just comes flooding out of my
pump. Did anyone have a similar problem ?

I trash the bag and put in a much newer one in from the junkyard.

Default Replacement pump available

You can get a replacement pump through any of the Mustang part vendors. If you are careful you can remove the cover and then see where it's leaking. If it's leaking through the shaft, I'd replace the pump. If it's cracked you may be able to use some epoxy to seal the crack.

I'd go ahead and replace the pump and not try to repair it. Heck, they are very inexpensive.....But I would keep the bag. Gives it character.
