I just found out I have what appears to be a leak off my U-joints. but those cant leak, and it looks like trans fluid anyway, kinda reddish.....CRAP, what's that mean? another part for me to fix and more money to spend?
That last thing was a seatbelt waring light...I moded mine so its now a fuel system armed light
That red crap is trans fluid its probably leaking from a bad tail shaft seal...Those are easy to replace and cost about a buck or 2

seatbelts? my car never had seatbelts, or so I thought. I though 1967 1/2+ had to have them, mine was manufactured in '66. i've never seen any studs in the floor to bolt them too either.
here's the pics of said leak, tell me what you guys think:

haha, the bonehead before me did that. He liked rivets I guess. My passenger side quarter panel is riveted on, no joke. The funny thing is is that the rest of my floor pans are almost 100% rust free and good looking. and then he used the worst material he could to RIVET it on. gosh, what where they thinking????

OMG!
Ford designed these cars with the quarter skin as 20% of the structural strength of the rear end. With yours riveted, that strength is lost.
