Default Fastback fold down back seats

Does anyone know if the 67/8 fold down seat and the 65/6 fold down seat are the same? I have a 66 with really bad chrome. I have a chance to by a 67 seat but I'm just not sure if they will interchange. Any help would be good.

iirc all of the fold down from 65-70 are the same other than the look of the upholstery

I've been looking at some parts houses and it seems the trim is the same from 65-68 but the seat assemblies are 65-6 only and 67 through 70. That is a bit strange. I really only need the trim so it should work, I'm thinking.

The fold-down seat changed about every five minutes, but they are all interchangeable 65-70. Some of the 71-3 stuff is, too. The confusion you have with the listings- "…the trim is the same from 65-68 but the seat assemblies are 65-6 only and 67 through 70"is understandable, many vendors only have a loose grasp of the stuff they sell.

Here- Now you can get smarter than these vendors:
