Default 72 rebuild

I have a '72 that I drove in highschool that I'm getting ready to bring back to the world of the living. I pulled a 460 out of a '91 F250 that is going to carb and will probably be rebuilt in spring. I'm looking for a few things, like headers that don't cost $500, a set of motor mounts for the swap, and a passenger fender that isn't $350. Any ideas, also would love to hear from anyone with a 71-73 with a big-block swap, as I haven't found much on the interweb from the big-body lovers, thanks.

Hooking up with a local Mustang club will get you a lot of parts you will need a fair price. Also try Craigslist, eBay, etc...
Good luck and post pics of the ride.

I got the frame mounts and brackets from Mustangs Unlimited. I used FPA headers (and yes they are pricey but so are the hookers). Crites has them a little cheaper but you should use their motor mounts which are solid only. A clean OE quarter is worth $350 IMHO. This hobby ain't cheap.
