I have a set of cheap hedmans that I bought new at a swap meet about 5 years ago for 50 bucks. Have had them on and off the car tons of times, slammed speed bumps and used the heck out of them with zero problems. Next set will probably be Hooker or JBA's though

I have the Jet coated Heddmans. I love them but if i were to do it again i would go with shorty headers. i slamm them on speed bumps all the time and it pisses me off. NO MORE LONG TUBES FOR ME.

The reason I didn't try to repair them is because I figured that they would just end up being problematic later on. On my friends 70 they were the cheapest ones the Hedman sells, but with so few miles and being stored inside they should have lasted longer though.
