Default stang wont stay running

I just bought a 69 mach1 and it ran pretty good. Well all it did was sit in my driveway and now when I start it, it wont idleor stay running even on the gas. Ill keep it at like 3000rpm and then it just dies like someone turned it off.

I just put 5 gallons of premium in it and it only sat a week. Its on a slight slope and th etank was near empty so I thought it wasnt getting fuel but that wasnt it. Fuelpump is a moroso and works fine. Ever run your car at the drags and if so what did ya run? Whats needed to run cleveland heads on a windsor? Are they better than some afr 185cc heads?

Our strip is at 6000 feet here, so my low 14s here are low 13s at sea level I've been told. I think 4.11 gears would get me to high 12s at SL.
C heads require plugging some holes, drilling some in the block and a special intake manifold.
10 years ago, they were better than most aftermarket heads, but not nowadays...
I would do a complete tune up if I were you and maybe new wires.
