Default transmission wont shift

well my trans wont shift up. started last night. feels like it starting out in second and wont shift up. it was rebuilt 19 months ago, figures it has a 18 month warranty. i checked the fluid and its good and the linkage is good and down shift rod if adjusted right. the vacuum valve i replaced about 4 months ago. any thoughts on this.

could still be a vacuum issue, when you are on WOT there's virtually no vacuum in the manifold, so if the line is broken the transmission believes you'd be flooring it constantly.
at least that's how i understand it, but I don't have an auto

thats what it was. vacuum hose came off. but that brings me to another problem which is ive had problems with the vacuum hose coming off before. it gets tranny fluid and oil on it from time to time. i tried to see if theres any way to put a clamp on it but its recessed in at the module.

get a new hose that may fit a little tighter onto the nipple.
