Labor Estimate
I would think around $1200-$1500 if you supply the parts. I got completely ripped off by some con artist shop and they charged me $2200 for just floor pans and they did an awful job. Get an estimate in writing up front, save yourself the heartache....I made that mistake before.
Labor is one of those things that you should have someone look up in a flat rate book, it will tell you how many hours a job takes. You take the hours it pays and multiply bu the shop rate and you get how much its gonna cost you.
Well the full floor is $650 give or take and it comes by truck. The trunk is $200 with the drops on either side. The sides are a bit cheaper but its more welding. If you only need the footwells and the floor is good under the seat risers, you can do the floor for $400 or less, the trunk will be that much no matter how you do it.
Its quite a bit of work but you can probably handle it if you take your time and learn to weld first. I am almost done with the floors on a 65 GTO, and I did a full floor in the 71 Mustang. The Mustang was much faster than the Goat and required half as much welding and trimming. Cheaper means more work for you, the more you spend the less actual work you need to do, because you are paying someone else to do it for you.
My guess is it is about 12-16 hours from rolling in a complete car, and about 7-10 hours for a bare shell, depending on how you do it, full or sides. That is for an accomplished welder/body man, if you do it plan for a couple weekends at the very least.

buy Mattypant's welder and do it yourself. I did my trunk, quarter, rear crossmember and panel, and I don't think I have $400 into it. This is my first time doing sheetmetal, and the hardest part was getting the panel to fit properly. I must've fit each panel 100 times before I welded it. Use 1/4" plug welds rather than 3/8" because it doesn't heat the panel as much. After market panels need work to fit. they call it massaging, which is a crock.
I agree with everyone else. Do the welding yourself. The job isn't as tough as you might think. I replaced the entire floorpan and the entire trunk for my 69 fastback. My trunk was beyond repair, so I used the one piece trunk from Mustangs Unlimited. I had no welding experience, but borrowed a welder and practiced on scrap metal. If you are restoring your car, I would invest in a welder and practice before welding on your car. I had absolutely no welding experience, but used a friend's welder and practiced and I did a lot of welding on my car and saved a great deal of money. Just my two cents.
