And I have heard alot about port matching manifolds but I don't know alot about it. Will it result in an increase exhaust flow like headers and minimize on back flow or am i completely off? I'll prob do some more research on this this afternoon.

Generally, the idea is to work only within 1" or less of the port face and just do a little recontouring. There may be some slightly more advanced tweaks that you can look into, such as intentionally keeping the upstream side of the joint a tiny bit smaller than the downstream hole.
