Default Blowing Fuse

I posted yesterday about an electrical proble in my 73 mustang. Still have the problem. When I turn on the ignition the fuse that handles the blinkers and the radio blows instantly. The radio is stock, but I took it out but still no good. Can anyone point me in the right direction to solve this.
Thanks

These are tricky to troubleshoot from the web.

I did find what looks like a 73 wiring diagram

Its pretty easy to follow and I think its the correct section you'll have to verify wire color and look over this thing and it may point to some items you didnt think were related.

A multimeter or test light could help isolate issues

Look over that diagram and see if it is correct hopefully it can provide some assistance.

Thats the only smart way of finding the short. The dumb way would be to jam a nail in the fuse box and see where it catches fire from first. I recommend avoiding this

Good luck
