Default On the right track!

So I'm picking up some 07' 17" Mustang GT split spoke aluminum wheels this monday for $300. They look to be in practically new condition. I plan on using wheels spacers for them to fit on my 69 coupe. This summer I plan to purchase the street or track 13" disc brake conversion. Should i run into issues with clearance? The site says 17" wheels or larger but I am just curious. And before you think "you should have researched that before you bought the wheels" I know I can get at least what I payed for them if I needed to sell them, so thats not a worry.

I think they should work. Since they are coming off a mustang that used disc brakes and the website says you can.

Oh, and what width should I look at for tires? I know I have some measuring to do to see what the rolling diameter is with the stock wheels and tires on it, but I'm not really sure how wide I can go without running into problems (or coming close).

I am running 17s with the street or track 13 in cobra rotors. they work and clear fine. you will deffinatly need spacers though. call street or track and they have a rotor that has a different hat size so you you may not have to run as much of a spacer.

1 have 225 45 17s on the front and they fit and look nice.
