70 rim blow

hi to all :
can i modified my 70 mustang rim blow steering wheel to honk the horn from the steering pad rather than the horn switch around the steering wheel like other non rim blow wheels ?

Probably not. Why would you want to butcher a steering wheel that's worth $500-$1000? Just get one of these, they look great and the horn is "normal".
