Default Leaf Spring problem

Hello

I need a leaf spring for a Mustang II / pinto

I've got a good one and a cracked one, anyone know a good place to go about acquiring one?

Well, I knew a guy who special ordered a pair from Glazier Nolan. Not in their usual catalog, of course.

Hey thanks,

I'm finishing up a 67 mustang project right now, so i'm alittle too straped for cash to go for something new right now.

Used would work just fine under the A as long as they are in good shape (ie no cracks or anything)

Yeah there are a few around, problem is everybody scraped their older ford stuff a few years back when steel was high.

Theres a place up by boliver I've gotten some 8" reareands, and found a v8 67 with full front drum brakes all half buried in the ground

A cutting torch and a stupid amount of elbow grease later, My car now has freshly rebuilt brakes with turned rotors and new studs.

those things were a nightmare when I got them home, so frozen toegether that I had to bust them apart with a sledge hammer

I think I may have seen either a granada or pinto up their. I dont know if Granada was the same pinto/mustang II body or not,or if the leaf is the same size

Anybody know of any good "you pick it" Junk yards around southern Missouri?
