what intake and carb do you have (for the spacer)?
before you put one in, recheck all your fuel lines. if it drips out somewhere it's 10 times more likely to suck air there.
when the lines are all good and not leaking try the spacer
I have the standard 2bbl 289 intake and carb. I don't have the thick leather type gasket between the spacer and intake. I don't seem to have any leaks. As the engine goes from cold to hot is when the bubbles start. When I first start the engine the glass is full of fuel.

I don't know much but at what temp does gasoline start to turn into a vapor?

Hey Kalli,
Thanks for the help! I didnt realize there is another filter between the main fuel filter and the floats needle. That sucker was mega clogged! I stalled again last weekend. I had a screwdriver with me this time. I removed the fuel line feeding the carb. It was nice and cold. I blew into the hose and it was hard as hell to blow. But it ran enough to get me home. I actually stalled about quater mile from the house. It seems to be fine now.
