Lost power to wipers, guages and blower

(Ooops posted early, sorry, here is the rest!)
Driving along the other night with the wipers and blower going and the wipers stopped mid-sweep, as did the fuel gauge, after about two mins they all came back, worked for a few more then off again. Any ideas where I should start with this one?
