Default How Rare?

So my grandfather gave me a set of lights that I have never seen before. From what I was told they came off of a mustang, but of all shows and pictures I have seen of mustangs I have never once seen these.

They still even have the original ford sticker on them.

I looked up the number and it said it is a lamp for a deluxe door.

Are these pieces very rare? I plan on figuring out a way to use them in my 67 since I like them.

They look like interior deluxe door lights. Don't know what year they would be for though.

I looked and they don't match any of the courtesy lights that are reproduced. So it might be for a 71-73.

I've looked at cougar and mustang parts sites and still can't find it.

Thing is mine isn't 13A744-C it is 13A744-AA. I can't seem to find anything on it with the -AA.

This is an interesting one. From what I can tell the D1SB, if that in fact is really a "1" and not a "I" I can't be sure from the resolution on my screen, this should be a 1971 ford part. I don't recognize the "SB" however, that would specify which model it was originally made for. I am guessing maybe a Lincoln or a big Mercury?

It's not a Mustang part. 65-70 deluxe interiors had door lights, but not that one.

I've looked at Falcon, Torino, Comet, Galaxie, and Thunderbirds. Still nothing.
