I read though the profile page and still wonder how to post a pic. Is it the Avatar?

It's all on the page you type your message into. If you look just below the white text box in the lower left corner of the grey frame, you will see "Click here to upload!" If you simply want to attach a picture that people can go out to view click there. It will bring up a box with 5 lines and a button that says "browse". Click the browse button and it will take you to your own hard drive. You need to know the file your picture is in. Double click on the picture in your file and it will start downloading. Wait for it to finish and...life, as they say, is good.

If you want the picture in your post click the radio button that says "Embed picture in post.

BTW: an avitar is what you see on the left side right below the persons nickname.
