Default help removing part

I am trying to remove my passengers side fender, i took off my front grill and valances and now need to remove this chromish/blackish piece along the bottom of the door. It looks like a long piece of trim and runs under the door from wheel to wheel on the outside of the car. I have removed the two nuts (one on each side) but cannot figure how to get the piece off the clips with out breaking it. I have tried searching it on this forum but i have absolutely no idea what it is called.

thanks,
Mark

Rocker Panel Moulding
The moulding will pop off the clips after the nuts are removed. The clips are riveted to the rocker panel.

I did this for the first time last night. Mine only had a nut on the forward side by the front wheel. I took that off, popped off each clip like scootchu said, and then slid the rocker panel forward. Mine was slotted near the front.
