Default fuse box problem

I have a problem with the 4A fuse. I have changed the fuse. I am testing at the fuse box. But I am unable to get any power. What should my next step be?

Are you getting power at either end of the fuse?

Pull the box, look at the back side.

I have looked at the back of the box where the wires connect and the fuses are on the front. Everything looks okay there. Is there another box behind this one?
