I can't rule out pinion bearings and such, but it's rare that anything from the driveshaft back will come and go at 4-5 seconds. Check mounts and exhaust and get back to us. Let's don't play that "Looks OK" business, we need to put some pressure on the mounts and really check them. Really, you just described the classic collapsed trans mount.
exhaust are ok, checked and everything clears the body, trans mount rubber seams alright cause it has still the 1 inch or so of rubber thickness between the mount and the trans. but i guess i should take it off and inspect it also.

No need to take it off. Put a prybar between the trans and crossmember. If you can lift the trans enough to "drop it" with a slight clunk, it's bad. If it just "mushes" back into place after only allowing you to lift it 1/4 to 1/2 inch, it's good. You can do similar with engine mounts, but it's much easier to check them with a helper watching the engine for movement while torquing the engine in forward and reverse gears. If you can load the engine up while holding the brakes and only get the aircleaner nut (point of reference) to move an inch or less, the mounts are likely good.
