Default Remove Division bar Glass run?

64-66 Mustang.....
Since dealers calls it something different, the piece I am referring to the "Glass run" is the long piece with felt inside, that bolts inside the door. It goes between the front (triangle) vent window and the large front window. The door glass' front edge rides up and down on it.
How do I remove it? I believe it slides out of the smaller vent window division bar. Mine appears to be pitted (both division bar and glass run) and the glass run is corroded so I can't get it to move in the slightest. I thought that squeezing the glass run with pliers might pop it out, but the edge (small bead) just snapped off without moving it. Is there a trick to getting the off (on?)?
Since it needs it and would be easier, I thought of replacing the vent window division bar as well. But I think there is a screw at the bottom of the vent window division bar. Since the glass run can't be removed, I can't see if there is a screw under it. (I found the one at the top of the vent window). Would it (Mount Screw) be on the underside of the vent window or behind the glass run like it is at the top? Do I need to remove the vent window entirely to install the glass run?
Are there any instructions anywhere that would help. Any advice would be appreciated!

Removing the rivet/screw and tip will help.

Yes.

Yes.
If there is a screw/rivet holding the division bar onto the vent window at the bottom, I cannot get to it since I cannot remove the glass run from the division bar... If it is under the glass run like it is at the top. That is what I am trying to figure out. Where is the bolt/rivet that holds the division bar to the vent window? Does the glass run half to come off to access it?
I would really hate to destroy the vent window frame trying to get this off.
Thanks!
