1967 window regulator rollers
Hello - new owner here.
67 Mustang, 289.
I recently purchased someone else project (problem?) for a song and a dance. I put the engine back together and got it running and so now I am trying to sort out the multitude of things to get it inspected and on the road again.
One of the things thats been annoying the crap out of me is the window regulator on the drivers side. It looks like the previous owner may have replaced it as it moves up and down smooth. The problem is the plastic rollers.
They don't look like the ones from any of the online restoration shops (CJ, MU, etc, Calif...etc) The listings specifically exclude the front door on a 67.
They instead press fit onto ball pivots. I found one in the bottom of the door. But I am still short one.
I searched around but haven't found anyone talking about the press on rollers.
Does anyone know if I can:
A. Buy these new somewhere?
B. Replace them with the ones from CJ (pink pictured above)?
C. Order a whole new regulator?
Thanks in advance. (Bonus shot of the car after I towed it home).
Thanks
-Dan
