Question Rear indicator not working

On my '65 conv. the right rear turn indicator no longer flashes. All other lamps work properly. I have replaced the flasher (no change), the lamp (no change) and checked the wiring for current (there is none). I pulled the steering wheel and checked the contacts and the connector below the column and all show power. Where should I now start looking? Thanks

If the flasher isn't getting enough current flow to flash the rear lamp but it lights(not sure it does based on your lead-in) so you must have a high level ground or the TSS is dropping all your current. Clean the bulb base socket and housing ground to the body. measure the resistance level from the socket to ground with an Ohmmeter, it should be 5 Ohms or less. Check the pigtail leads with a test light for flashing.
