Is this the Centerforce clutch that would work with my application?

You need to get a clutch the fits your flywheel, either 10" or 10.4/10.5", and it also needs to work with whatever clutch system you have, hydraulic, mechanical, cable. Later model clutch setups are for cable/hydraulic.
