Question clutch equalizer bar

Anyone know if the equalizer bar for a 64 1/2 V8 should have threads on the end or are they bent?

The 64-65 equalizer should have a threaded trunnion at the top, and a steel pin at the bottom.

So that is what a trunnion is....

I might have called it a threaded rod attached to the Z-bar...

The threaded rod is the upper clutch pushrod. The square block swivel thingy it screws into is the trunnion.
