Angry 68 Taillight Questions HELP!!!!

Ok, here is the problem. When I start the car, brake lights work just fine. Pull the headlight switch to the first position get front parking lights and license plate light to work. No tail lights or brake lights. Pull out headlight switch all the way have parking lights, license plate light, and headlights but no tail lights or brake lights. I have checked the grounds and there is only one connection in the trunk for the tail lights and the license plate light that are together and grounded on the metal surrounding the filler neck. I am perplexed on what could be causing this. Any ideas?

Also, turn signals are not working either. I have the hood option and they will blink on the hood, but not on the lights.

Have to love electrical stuff.

You might check and make sure that you have the correct bulbs in the tail lights and they are put in correctly

check your grounds again. +1 on the bulbs. These bulbs get pushed in with a twist. there is a grove inside the socket that the light slides in.
