Default 67 mustang questions...

hi,
i am almost done building a 351w engine out of a 72 galaxy and plan on putting it in the 67' mustang coupe i just bought. the car is an inline 6 with automatic transmission. i already have a 9" rear end and plan on doing the other things required when swapping to a v8; brakes, suspension and steering. does the stock oil pan for this motor fit a 67 mustang?
what i need to know is what else needs to be replaced when doing this type of swap? will a world class t-5 be strong enough to handle between 350-400 hp and up to 400 lb. of torque or should i try to find a reman. toploader?
for the suspension and steering, are stock components (if still available) good or should i go with an aftermarket setup?

sorry for all the questions, but its probably easier this way than having several threads.
thanks for the help,
carl
