Default Appraisal Range?

Car sitting in my grandmother's garage for the last 15 years or so. Need a reasonable offer to make her.

1969 Convertible, V8 302. Matching numbers. 3-autotran. PS and A/C.

56k original miles. Cloth top is gone. Rusting on front quarters and trunck. Typical places underneath, but nothing seems to have rusted through. Though exhaust pipe looks well rusted i and out but doesn't give when poked. Electrical looks good.

Engine started up whith starting fluid, but fuel system not currently working.
Needs repaints, blasting, new interior, chrome. Would likely run to some degree once fuel tank is replaced and fluids, tires, and brakes serviced.

Just on discript, without seeing picts:
In this economy, I'd say $3k to 4K (and you'd be lucky to get 4k).
I might give you 2k, but I hate rust.

I think that in the shape that the car is in I would offer between 2,000 to 2,500 ,, would be a very fair offer
