Default Inline Fuse in the Starter System

I have a 1970 Mach 1, I have no power at all under the hood. I found that I had some inline fuses after going through the wiring harness. It is a solid red wire and I don't know where to hook it back up to, in order to get power back under the hood. I can start it manually by turning the switch on and jumping the relay. I have no headlights, no power, however, there is power to the one side of the relay, but not to the other. I need help with the wiring of the starter system to fix problem. I would appreciate sny help or advice!!!
