Default Could my Flywheel be loose??

just installed my motor a few months back and have about 3 hours of running time on it or soo.. mabe 6 or 7 miles driven around the house. I fired it up to hose it off while im bodyworking it and noticed something clunking around in the bay. It really seemed like it was coming from the back so i got under and im about 90% sure its between the motor and tranny. If i rev it a little the noise seems to go away a little (its most noticeable at idle). So im thinking that its the torque converter or flywheel that i perhaps did not torque down properly.... has anyone dealt with this issue before?

My setup is a 67 coupe with 351w and c4 auto with a (1900 stall speed if i remember correctly.)

Did you torque it or not?

Torquing the nuts on the converter is easy, just remove the inspection plate and have at it.

thats exactly whats gonna have to happen. I really hope this is the problem! the noise is scary sounding for sure. you think tighten the 4 bolts (north south east west) pattern should do it. really really hope this is the noise!

Don't bother with that, it's a flexible plate, just torque them 1-2-3-4.

While you're there, look for cracks in the plate.
