Hey guys, just wondering if you can buy just the inner front frame rails? the car i bought already had the outers done but the inners were left and are quite bad...If so, any links would be appreciated (cant find them online)
Or is patching a good option? are the inners as important as the outers for integrity of the front end?

Ya i can get the full from pretty much any stang sheet metal dealer but the outers are already done, just wondering if there is anyone who sells just the inner, if not ill just make them.

Gotta be asked since you mentioned patching. How big of an area is rusted out? If its a smallish area just buy some plate locally, cut the bad out and weld in some new metal. I've seen people replace entire frame sections and body sections when a patch would have been fine.

 

Well its pretty bad, the only area that might be ok is behind the shock tower so that part might get left, ill have to see inside the frame once i cut out the bad parts.
