Default need help.

hey im new here to the whole forum thing but i have a friend who said this is a good way to get info and learn a few new things. thought id give it a try. i have a 1969 mustang coupe with a 302 c4 auto trans. i was wondering if a brake booster off a 1976 mustang II would work on my car with a little modification. i have compaired the one for my car with the 76 booster and they seem to be the same. idk if anyone else has ever tried to make things like that work. any help would be greatly appreciated
